Wow! The Christmas season came and went and all of a sudden it’s 2009! Here are a few pics of the fun we’ve been having:
Early December, Benjamin and I drove to The Elgin Christmas Tree Farm with his parents to cut down the perfect (small) pine tree. We ended up being able to stuff our little tree and their big tree INSIDE our Element for the ride home! Ah, memories : )
This shot of wise guys and camels represents 5 nights of declaring The Creator’s Story! Mission: Possible!’s “His-Story” production was such an amazing way to spend the days before Christmas. Folks from all over Austin came to hear the greatest story ever told.
The last night of His-Story (Sunday, Dec. 21st) was a chilly one! Ben ran the spot light, helped with set-up, sound, and lighting, and I was the stage manager, wardrobe supervisor, animal coordinator… resident crazy person : )

At my parent’s house, Ben and I made married Gingerbread people… notice the “bling” on the left hands please! : )
I spent much of the break with my sewing machine, creating warm fuzzy fleece Christmas blankets, Nativity pillows, and quilted pillow shams for the fam. Here are Isaac and Jessica (Newly ENGAGED!!!!) snuggling with theirs. They’ll be married this March!
